PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO)
Our Program Planning and Oversight Practice applies leading project management principles throughout the life of the program to improve operational performance and fully achieve objectives. Our Program Management Office (PMO) methodology is a documented, structured, and proven approach to managing programs on-time, on-budget, and within (often exceeding) service levels.
The majority of staff within this practice are certified in multiple industry standards including Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Cost Estimator Analyst (CCEA), and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certifications.
